Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you place your order on the payment page of your ording process.
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. When the goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to use the goods you ordered. We are only able to accept goods that are in their original packaging, goods should be returned unopened and its orginal sealed packaging.No returns shall be made on the pinbadges.
Returns policy
We stand by everything we make! If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condiion, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
